We’ve seen a lot of interesting attempts to make an applicator device for ClearSeal, but we think we have a better idea. We took a simple approach and just paid attention to details and built it to hold up better and be more reliable. Corrosion resistant aluminum and brass hold the brush head securely to the bottle. The bristles are made from fine (.012”) Dupont Tynex® filament for better wetting and wear properties. Two neoprene seals help avoid dripping and a felt flow restrictor can be trimmed or removed to fit your application. The angle of the brush head can be adjusted to better fit the operators technique. An optional pick up tube is available for easier use on walls. The 24mm cap fits many standard bottles as well as the one we offer (shown here). |
